Yoga Hike (beginner-intermediate levels) 1 1/2 hr
 
Whether you want to get back into shape, enjoy a serene hike through the forest, meet new friends and chat, or maintain good health this program provides just that!  We will set off on foot through Blueberry Trails and as we walk I will provide specific walking meditations to help you enjoy the full benefit of forest bathing.  After our hike we will engage in a 30min Yoga Practice to help heal worked muscles as well as specific postures to promote strength and balance.  Feel free to bring your camera if you want to get creative.  Please arrive 15 min EARLY to allow enough time for everyone to meet before we depart.  (Call to confirm your attendance). 
 
 
Stroller Fit Yoga (parent & child levels) 1 hr
 
If your a new mom like myself getting back into shape or simply want to enjoy the benefit of exercising with your little one.  Come join me as we walk and jog lightly on paved trails through Beach areas 1&2.  This program will finish with a 30min parent & child Yoga stretch which will inspire a healthy lifestyle for yourself and child, promote strength, balance and overall happiness and well being.  Please arrive 15 min EARLY to allow enough time for everyone to meet before we depart.  (Call to confirm your attendance). 
 
 
Yoga Run (intermediate levels) 1 1/2 hr
 
Join me as I take you through walking and running intervals on both paved and dirt trails through Wasaga Beach.  Enjoy the full benefits of exercising outdoors as we support eachother to achieve yogalicious health.  Bring a friend or make new friends.  We will finish with a 30min Yoga Practice to promote healing, strength and balance. Please arrive 15 min EARLY to allow enough time for everyone to meet before we depart.  (Call to confirm your attendance). 
 
 
Yoga on the Beach (Hatha Yoga all levels)

Let's get Yogalicious on the Beach.  Enjoy natural nature sounds, smells and sites as I take you through a Hatha Yoga Practice suitable for all levels.  Positive affirmations, breathing exercises and visualization exercises are incorporated during practice to promote overall happiness and focus.  Please arrive 15 min EARLY to allow enough time for everyone to meet before we depart.  (Call to confirm your attendance). 
 
 
Hatha Yoga (Adult Class suitable for  all levels)
 
In this Hatha Yoga program I focus on exercising the brain as well as the body and spirit.  When the brain is trained with positive affirmations, visualization exercises & breathing techniques, we enhance the mind/body connection and physically change the wiring of our brains.  In turn bringing to our bodies and our lives more happiness, confidence, health, abundance, peace & freedom.  Register today to uncover the deeper potentials within yourself in this 60 min Hatha Yoga Practice (suitable for all levels). 
 
 
Yoga 4 Kids
(ages 4-10)
 
Yoga 4 kids is a fun way for kids to exercise all mind, body and spirit through games, activities, dancing, singing and fun breathing exercises and games.  Practicing Yoga at a young age has many benefits as our children grow into adults.  Yoga teaches us how to release stress in positive ways, it envokes confidence and courage, it opens our spirits up to our creativity and has many physical benefits, such as building strength, co-ordination, balance, weightloss/maintenence and helps with pain relief of certain ailments.
